Important Notes Regarding Offline Data Entry Jobs.

(1) Kindly refer the Data Entry Actual Job Chart for complete Details of all the Plans.

(2) PLANS:- We are offering you 4 different plans of work, you can select as per your capability.

(3) REGISTRATION FEES:- To Join any of the 4 plans in the starting you have to pay the administrative fees as mentioned in the chart. The registration fees you pay is for 12 months contract period.

(4) TOTAL NO. OF WORK ALLOTTED:- As per the plan you select you'll be getting the work in the form of image files of text which you have to convert in .doc format by typing in Ms-word.

(5) PAYMENT AS PER ACCURACY:- You’ll be getting monthly payment only if you achieve the minimum accuracy as required in every plans (Refer chart).

(6) HOW THE ACCURACY IS CALCULATED:- Here per image file you are allowed to make at the most 5 mistakes. If you make more than 5 mistakes in any single image file than that page will be disqualified. Accuracy is calculated as follows:-

OFFLINE DATA WORK DETAILS

(7) DURATION OF WORK IN DAYS:- This indicates the no. of days given to you for completing the work. You have to submit the work within the time period given to you. For example in Plan -1 time period is 15 days that indicates you have to submit the work on or before the end of 15th day (last day). If you submit the completed work after the 15th day your work will not be counted, & hence no further job & payment even though your accuracy is above 97%.

REASON:- As daily lot of work used to be distributed among different candidates, so to check accuracy of every candidates work, specific days is fixed for checking. So if you fail to submit in time due to any reason may be courier or postal delay we won’t consider it. So try to submit the work in time. Because after receiving the completed work from your end we have to submit the same to the third party whose work you are doing. So be punctual in submission of your work either by email or Cd. If you are submitting late due to any reason, whether its a computer crash, virus, any personal problem, we’ll not consider because same conditions are given to us also. We’re explaining you all these because daily we get these types of excuses from some customers.

(8) MODE OF WORK SUBMISSION: You can submit the work by E-mail, or through CD

(9) CONTRACT PERIOD:- For all the Data Entry Plans Contract Period will be of 12 months.

(11) Do you provide me any Instructions on How to perform the work?

Yes, We will provide you a step-by-step instruction file with work.  

(12) What about the registration fees ?

The registration fees is one time non refundable fees which will cover our administrative charges.

(13) Yes, I'm interested to do this Offline Data Entry Job? What will be my next step?

Good. Just fill up the registration form, select the plan you are interested in, send it along with prescribed payment to INFOGLE, WEST BENGAL. On receiving the same we'll E-mail you, your Username, Password & Server Link from where you can download your work files.

(14) After getting registered How I'm going to get my work?

On getting Registered, within 48hrs we'll send a server link, you have to just click that link & using the Username & Password supplied by us you can download your work files in no time & Get Set Go.

(15) When will I get my first Paid Work (actual data)?

Simple, After receiving your application , Within 24hrs we'll E-mail Your username, Password & Server link from where you can download your work files. You have to complete the work with in the time limit given (refer charts ), which You have to E-mail us on our E-mail Address which we provide you, or send the work through cd or floppy. After that, your data will be checked & you will be given the report through email only & if you are eligible you will get next work or payment .

(16) How much time will it going to take for downloading my work files?

To save your time, we divided your work files into different sets, each set contains 10 files. Each Set takes around 2 minutes to download. Start working with set 1 & in the mean time let other files get downloaded.

(17) What will be the format of downloadable files?

All files will be .jpeg files, in Zip Format. Just click the Zip files and files will be saved on your PC. These .jpeg/.jpg can be easily open on any computer.

(18) Can I get my work through CD?

Previously we use to send the work through CD, but we & customer both have to face some problems like postal & courier delay in getting work cd, CD getting damage in transport, error in CD, Sometimes files are not opening. So in these cases lot of time wastage is there both for us & customer. So now we keep files on server without any error, which customer can download in no time. And ofcourse you don't have to wait for post or courier, No damage to your work files, No error. This is the reason why we stopped sending work through CD.

(19) What If I Want to Stop the Work for few days, Is it Possible?

Yes, Its possible for this you've to intimate as in advance before starting of the next Job work.
